Broadband Use Survey

Please take a few minutes to complete our short survey. The feedback that we collect from you will be very valuable in our Broadband Mapping efforts. We appreciate your time.

According to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA):

“Broadband service is the provision, on either a commercial or non-commercial basis, of data transmission technology that provides two-way data transmission to and from the Internet with advertised speeds of at least 768 kilobits per second (kbps) downstream and greater than 200 kbps upstream to end users.”

In simpler terms, according to the FCC's website, the term broadband commonly refers to high-speed Internet access.

Broadband includes several high-speed transmission technologies such as:

• Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)
• Cable Modem
• Fiber
• Wireless
• Satellite
• Broadband over Powerlines (BPL)

1. Are you currently using broadband technology at home?

2. What is your home address? Please provide us with the physical location rather than a P.O. Box.
